What dates and times are you available?

We maintain a flexible schedule and try to accommodate all requests, however, most of our bookings are held on weekends between 10 am – 5 pm. Additional fees are applicable for travel during weekdays and rush hour travel times and areas outside our normal working area. Please contact The Enchanted Princess Kingdom for further information.

How should I prepare for my party?

Our Performer will require a chair and a standard electrical outlet close by. She would also greatly appreciate a parking space very close to your front door. We kindly ask that the children refrain from eating or drinking while our Performer is entertaining your guests.

Where can I host my party?

The location of your celebration is entirely up to you. Enchanted Princess Kingdom is flexible to meet your needs. You may choose to host your party in your own home, at a community centre, or other suitable location. We have different party packages available for different venues. For instance, for parties in your home we offer the Perfect Princess Party that is sweet and quiet, but we also have a Meet and Greet party that can be a perfect add-on to a venue with lots of other activities like bouncy castles! We even have short versions of each for those times when a full hour just doesn’t work with your party schedule.

Can my party be outside?

We realize that in the beautiful summer months, you may wish to host your party outdoors, however, it is our very strict policy that our princesses can only perform indoors. We suggest that you have the majority of your party outdoors, and bring your guests inside for the princess entertainment, due to the elaborate costumes and the performer’s comfort.

How much room do I need?

Our performers need enough room for your guests to sit on the floor comfortably in a circle. We recommend an average size family room with the coffee table moved out of the way. During the routine, your guests will be dancing, playing games, and seated for story time and Princess performance.

What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?

We are more than willing to reschedule your party in advance if you can please give us as much notice as possible.

How many guests can I invite?

Our party routines work best for 20 children or fewer in attendance, however, we can amend our party routine to accommodate up to 30 children.

What happens if my guests arrive late?

We have booked your party in our Performer’s schedule, and therefore cannot be delayed as they have a schedule to keep. If some of your guests are late, we recommend that they join in the party upon arrival.  We do recommend inviting your guests to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the Princess’ arrival to avoid anyone missing the opening performance.

Where does the Princess park?

If you can please leave a space for the Performer to park in your driveway or as close to the entrance as possible, it would be appreciated. Please keep in mind the Performer has several items to carry into your party.  During the winter months, please make sure this parking space has been cleared of any snow.

How do I pay for my party?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as email money transfers and paypal payments for the deposit portion of your balance. The remaining fee will be a cash payment to the Princess in an envelope at the end of your party. Your payment details will be discussed in person with our booking agent at the time of of your booking. An email can also be sent to you confirming the details by request.

What if I need to cancel my party?

Once your deposit has been received, it is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel and not reschedule your party and it is less than 14 days before your booked date, you will lose your full deposit. We appreciate your understanding as we have made this our priority to specially reserve your requested Princess/Performer for your date and time.

Can I reschedule my party?

At two weeks before your party, your deposit becomes non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule your party and it is less than 14 days before your booked date, we may not have room in our schedule to accommodate your request but will try very hard to make it work. We appreciate your understanding as we have made this our priority to specially reserve your requested Princess/Performer for your date and time.

How far ahead should I Book?

We open our schedules as far ahead as 6 weeks in advance.  We can place a hold for you up to 90 days in advance but not within the last 6 weeks before the party, as we need to keep these dates available for all the little girls who would like to invite a Princess to their party.


In the event of bad weather/illness/events beyond our control, The Enchanted Princess Kingdom reserves the right to reschedule your party. In extreme circumstances, where our Princess cannot get to your party (on the day of your scheduled event), we pride ourselves in providing the most excellent customer service and will provide your daughter with a complimentary Princess party for a mutually agreed upon future date, and fully refund any deposit that has been made.


The customer agrees to hold and keep harmless The Enchanted Princess Kingdom , it’s Agents and Performers from any and all property damages and bodily injured damage caused by the customer’s guests or other persons attending the party. We do use make-up products on the children, and separate Q-tips for each child’s application, but in the event that a child is allergic to the make-up, we are not held responsible. We will gladly provide tattoos in lieu of make-up at the customer’s request. The customer agrees that The Enchanted Princess Kingdom is not responsible for severe inclement weather or acts of God that may cause the cancellation of our Performer attending your party.
